Matt Cook
Head PGA Golf Professional, Rose Creek & Prairiewood

Matt is beginning his fifth year as Head Professional at Rose Creek.  Matt has been a golf professional since 1993 and has worked in the golf industry since 1986.  He was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2007 by the Dakota Chapter PGA and Golf Professional of the Year in 2005.

Matt is a graduate of Moorhead State University and is a Member of the PGA of America.  He is married to wife Sheri and they have four children.

Eric Hansen
Golf Course Superintendent at Rose Creek & Prairiewood

Eric Hansen is the Golf Superintendent for Rose Creek and Prariewood. Eric has worked for the Fargo Park District since 1985. He first started trimming and raking sand traps at Edgewood when he was only 16. Eric began working full time at Prairiewood and then moved to Rose Creek as an Assistant Superintendent.

Eric grew up in Fargo. He now lives with his wife and two children. When Eric is not busy working at the golf courses, he enjoys hiking, hunting and camping in the winter. Eric loves dog sledding and owns 18 sled dogs.

Adam Haugen
Assistant Golf Professional, Rose Creek

Adam Haugen, Assistant Golf Professional, is entering his 7th year at Rosecreek, and 6th year as an Assistant Pro.  He is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Agribusiness/Professional Golf Management.  He became a PGA Member this past year.   When not working Adam enjoys golfing and spending weekends at the Lakes with friends and family relaxing.  Adam is available for private and group lessons.  For more information please call the pro-shop at 235-5100 or send him an email at adamhaugen@pga.com.
