Hitter or Swinger - Which One Are You?

Tip from the Pros

Want to fix that dreaded slice? First of all, we must understand that a slice is caused by one thing; an open clubface at impact. I have a simple tip that will allow you to square up that clubface and help you will find the fairway more often. Many players place the club in their hands in a "weak" position or placed too far to the left. Try "strengthening your grip by rotating both hands to the right. You should be able to see more of the back of your left hand and less of your right for you right-handed players. This should allow your hands to square the clubface more easily which will result in straighter shots.
