Edgewood Public Golf Course Restaurant Looking Owner/Operator

The Fargo Park District is seeking an experienced owner/operator to lease and operate a privately-owned restaurant and bar in the clubhouse at the Edgewood Public Golf Course. The leased space includes the exclusive right to the food and beverage cart operations on the18-hole course.

The single story contemporary arts and crafts style building contains the restaurant/lounge, Pro Shop, restrooms and patio. The Edgewood Pro Shop and Course is maintained by the Fargo Park District.

Inside the restaurant is a large, open room with a high, vaulted ceiling lined with dark timber wood trusses. A gas fireplace is located at one end of the room, and a large custom dark wood bar is on the other end. There are oversized windows on both sides of the dining room looking outside. The north side windows provide an incredible view to the large patio overlooking the golf course and the tee box on hole 1.

Hours of operation should consider the golf schedule from April 1-October 31 each year. At a minimum, the restaurant shall provide at least one food and beverage cart to use on the golf course during the season.
